Waiver and Release of Liability

By signing this agreement you are affecting your rights, spouses rights, and children’s rights to bring a lawsuit in court against Bouncy Park LLC.

 

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any and all of the services and activities at Bouncy Park located at 815 N Hickory Street Chattanooga, TN 37404; I knowingly and voluntarily enter into this Waiver and Release of Liability.  I release Bouncy Park LLC, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, independent contractors, representatives, insurer, clients, customers, land and/or premise owner from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in any activity.

I am voluntarily participating in the activities entirely at my own risk.  I am aware of the risks associated with participating in the activities which may include, but not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, diseases, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death.  I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others’ negligence, I assume all risks, both known and unknown to me, of participation in activities at Bouncy Park, LLC.

I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bouncy Park, LLC, the equipment supplier, and landowners against any and all claims, suits or actions for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and cost.

I agree that Bouncy Park, LLC is not liable to me/us or our guests and children for any personal property that is damaged, lost, or stolen while on or about Bouncy Park, LLC premises including, but not limited to vehicles or its contents or property in a locker.  

I acknowledge that Bouncy Park LLC are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts of failure to act or any party.  I authorize Bouncy Park LLC to provide emergency medical care, deeming necessary, including but not limited to, first aid, CPR, the use of AEDs, emergency medical transport and sharing of medical information with medical personnel.

I agree that by entering Bouncy Park, LLC and participating in activities, I grant Bouncy Park LLC permission to photograph and/or record in connection to use the item for all purposes, including advertising, social media and promotional purposes.

 

You must be 18 years or older to sign this waiver

We reserve the right to review your license and other forms of ID to verify age.
